    Diabetes Youth Services (DYS) is an independent non-profit organization that provides educational and supportive services for young people with diabetes, their families, schools and communities throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

    Leadership Retreat

    • Dates: March 15, 2019 to March 17, 2019
    • Audience: Youth
    • Program Type: Overnight Camp

    Young adults ages 16-22 will create valuable connections and a great support system. Through fun activities, great speakers, and open group discussions your child will learn valuable life lessons from other T1D’s just like themselves.

    OmniPod Middle Shot Camp

    • Dates: June 22, 2019 to June 24, 2019
    • Audience: Youth & Teen
    • Program Type: Overnight Camp

    Campers entering grades 4 through 7 have an opportunity to experience resident camp in fun camp activities. They meet kids and staff that also face challenges of diabetes.

    Tandem Big Shots Camp

    • Dates: June 24, 2019 to June 29, 2019
    • Audience: Youth & Teen
    • Program Type: Overnight Camp

    Campers entering grades 7-12 will make friends that they will cherish for a lifetime. There is something for everyone from canoeing, crafts, swimming, talent show, and archery.

    Dexcom Little Shots Camp

    • Dates: July 15, 2019 to July 18, 2019
    • Audience: Youth
    • Program Type: Day Camp - Multi Days

    Introductory experience for children entering kindergarten through grade 4. These young campers will have a fun-filled week playing and learning a little about diabetes.
