Sarah Noel (Lilly)
Sarah Noel serves as the Executive Director of US Diabetes Patient Advocacy and Professional Relations for Eli Lilly and Company. In this role she leads Lilly’s diabetes advocacy efforts, including managing Lilly’s corporate relationships with patient advocacy and professional medical associations.
Prior to joining Lilly, Sarah spent nearly two decades at JDRF International where she served in a variety of roles, including her last role as Vice President, Community Engagement and Strategic Alliances.
Sarah, her husband Ryan, and children Simeon and Juliet, enjoy the diversity, culture and community that an urban lifestyle offers near downtown Indianapolis. She enjoys all forms of exercise, reading and experiencing new places and cultures through travel.
Theresa Parsons, RD, MBA (Insulet)
Theresa has over 30 years of diabetes sales, marketing, and advocacy experience and has served at Insulet for the past 15 years as a marketeer and leader in stakeholder advocacy.
Prior to joining Insulet, Theresa served a 5-year stint as a specialty sales professional with Eli Lilly’ s diabetes division and worked for Abbott Nutrition on the Glucerna Brand. Theresa is a Registered Dietitian and an Army Veteran and hails from Georgia where she completed her MBA in Marketing at the Goizueta Business School/Emory University.
Insulet has been a long-term sponsor of DECA and under Theresa’s leadership has continued to increase its focus on supporting DECA and ADA camps.

Sejal Patel leads youth social impact efforts at Insulet, focused on strengthening connection, confidence, and community for young people living with diabetes. She is passionate about the unique role camps play in unlocking belonging and lived wisdom for youth and families- and about partnering with camps to intentionally amplify those moments that change everyday life. With a background in marketing, Sejal brings a unique lens to advancing impact beyond traditional education models.

Windy Pham is the Global Volunteer Lead at Insulet Corporation, where she leads employee engagement initiatives and cultivate a strong, purpose-driven culture of giving. With over a decade of experience, Windy has designed and led employee engagement and philanthropy strategies for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. She specializes in connecting purpose with performance – empowering employees to lead with impact, fostering meaningful community partnerships, and strengthening both social outcomes and brand reputation.
