As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, We at CCK have taken steps to promote the health and safety of our camp community. https://www.courageouskids.org/ INSTILLING INSPIRATION AND EMPOWERMENT, WHILE ENHANCING THE LIVES OF CHILDREN WITH SERIOUS ILLNESSES. The Center for Courageous Kids is a state of the art camp built specifically to serve children with serious and life threatening illnesses and diagnoses. Serving over 32,000 medically fragile campers and their families since 2008, The Center for Courageous Kids provides a safe, medically supervised environment for children with medical challenges. During the school year, the Center for Courageous Kids offers weekend retreats in which the entire family is invited to participate in camp program activities. During the summer, independent campers can experience a traditional camp session while being supervised by CCK Medical Staff that includes a Camp Nurse and a Camp Physician as well as many licensed Medical Volunteers. All services are provided entirely free of cost to campers and their families.
