Our mission at camp is to increase the knowledge, skills, and diabetes self-management proficiencies of children with diabetes in a fun and interactive environment Camp requires a minimum of 10 campers and is limited to a maximum of 25 campers (children who have completed 1st grade – 12 years old). Once 25 campers have been accepted, we will hold further applications on a waiting list. Confirmation of camp acceptance will be sent via e-mail.
