Camp Hendon - the Kentucky Diabetes Camp for Children - is a 501(c)3 nonprofit program based in Louisville, KY. At Camp Hendon we give children with Type 1 diabetes a life changing experience that empowers them to take control of their journey with diabetes during two, week-long residential summer camp sessions. We also offer a weekend Family Camp, Teen Camp, monthly Parents Group Support Group, and other fun family events throughout the year.
