Diabetes Incorporated provides a diabetes camp for families of children with diabetes. The diabetes family camp is held annually at Outlaw Ranch in the beautiful southern Black Hills over a three day period for kids ages 0 - 18. The campers participate in educational sessions, cooking classes outdoor recreational activities such as: hiking, geo-caching, horseback riding, canoeing, rock climbing and more. Camp is free for each Type 1 child and a guardian or parents, but you must become a Diabetes Incorporated member and pay the registration reservation fee if it is just a Type 1 child and guardians. Other family members are welcome for a fee between $100 – $50 per person. We will have the additional fees available in May and registration will open May 11, 2023.
