Cape Fear Valley Kids with Diabetes is a non-profit organization dedicated to improve and empower the lives of childen with Diabetes. We are located in Fayetteville, NC and we provide services to more than 1000 children affected by diabetes. We are extremely excited to have you join us for the 2023 Diabetes Camp this year! We hope your experience will leave you with new friends, many smiles and great memories! Camp Rockfish has hosted our event since the beginning and has a plethora of fun and exciting activities for everyone to enjoy!
