The Diabetes Foundation of the High Plains' mission is to support families with children who have diabetes. These efforts will include immediate assistance for families suddenly affected by a diagnosis of diabetes, as well as ongoing assistance to help families adjust to this unexpected and life-altering diagnosis.

Camp New Day Junior Camp

Dates: June 10, 2024 to June 15, 2024
Audience: Youth
Program Type: Overnight Camp
Diabetes Type: type 1 diabetes
Location: Happy, TX US

Ages 5-12 The one-week camp is an effort to provide a camp close to home, making it easier for children and teens to attend. Registration fees will be based on a graduated fee schedule and each family's ability to pay. Camp New Day does not want this fee to discourage anyone from participating.

Camp New Day Senior Camp

Dates: June 17, 2024 to June 22, 2024
Audience: Teen
Program Type: Overnight Camp
Diabetes Type: type 1 diabetes
Location: Happy, TX US
