We can’t help but count the days until summer arrives! CHT's Session 1 is a 1 week, overnight camp experience that welcomes campers aged 7-17 impacted by a wide range of medical conditions, along with their siblings. Campers with diabetes are a great fit for this session because: - we carb count at every meal - have a full Med Team available to assist with any medical education/assistance - each camper is paired with a Med Team member who assists with monitoring their blood sugars - Campers' blood sugars are checked around 3am to ensure they are stable by our CHT Angel (aka nightshift Med Team member).

Camp Holiday Trails is excited to offer 1 week of overnight camp programming specifically for campers with diabetes and their siblings. This session will not only have a 24/7 Med Team, but also an Endocrinology team to help educate and manage all needs of our campers.
