What to do if you forgot your password

Click on the login symbol at the top right corner of the website

Click on the link for "Forgot your Password"

Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS and then click submit. An email will be sent to you containing
a TOKEN.

The page will change, advising you that an email has been sent to your email address containing a token.

Don't close this web page, you're going to come back to it after you get the Token from your email.

I've placed the "X" to where the instructions said "paste" because this may cause errors... read on.

Here is a sample email with the TOKEN number you need to use. Disregard spaces after the number.
Only use the set of numbers as hi-lighted here in blue. Click and drag to copy the TOKEN code.

NOW GO BACK to the web page and enter the Token.

IMPORTANT STEP HERE: You may experience problems pasting the TOKEN due to the sent email.
Emails tend to strip tags which are needed.

I suggest you paste the code in a test editor first (WordPad orNotepad) and then copy the Token again from the editor before pasting or
you can just type the Token code in manually. If you experience problems, you should start the process over and type in the Token code.

Here's the Token as entered from the email outlined above. Click submit to proceed.

Final Step - Enter your new password twice and submit. Your password is now reset.
