DECA Members - Get and Give Best Practices

Need to update your protocols?  How about a new game?  Do you have a great camp menu?  You can access other camps shared documents and post your own on here.  To download resources, just go to the Members section and click on downloads.  Check out the file folders to find what you are looking for.  Want to share something?  You can help other camps improve programming, healthcare and administration by sharing your “Best Practice” resources.  Just send the document, preferably in PDF format to Kathy Latimer.  After a quick review we’ll post it for others to view.  Do not forget to include your camp name so that you get credit for your hard work! Lions Club Members

Lions worldwide are committed to helping those who live with diabetes.  DECA and Lions International have formed a partnership to connect Lions to local diabetes camps so that that can be active in getting children to camps, volunteering at camps and broadening awareness.

If you would like to help your community assist children with diabetes, download Diabetes 101, a Resource Manual for teachers, coaches and others who work with children who have diabetes.  Take it to a local school nurse, daycare center or coach.  Use it as a teaching manual at a club meeting!
