The purpose of the program is to serve young people from the ages of 18 to 25 who have type 1 diabetes and are facing the challenges of transitioning to adulthood. By providing support, cooperative educational programs, and tools for healthy living, the retreat will help participants develop positive well-being and supportive social networks. The program will focus on "Four Pillars":
